Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit - for example, whether you have already seen a notice, or which pages you have viewed.
This policy explains what cookies we use on agencymedicalmarketing.com, why we use them, and how you can control them.
The cookies we use
We keep our cookie use to four categories.
Essential cookies - Required for the website to function correctly. They do not collect personal data and cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) - We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (pages visited, referral source, general geography). Google Analytics sets cookies and is off by default. It only runs after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. We have configured Google Consent Mode v2 so that no analytics cookies are set until you opt in, and we do not enable Google advertising cookies. If you reject, or take no action, Google Analytics does not store cookies on your device.
Heatmaps and session replay (Microsoft Clarity) - We use Microsoft Clarity to see aggregate heatmaps and anonymised session replays that show where visitors click and scroll, so we can improve page layout. Clarity runs in consent mode. For visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland it does not set cookies unless you accept, and where it runs without consent it does not persist a cookie or track you across sessions. Clarity does not use the data for advertising.
Company identification - We use RB2B, a third-party tool that attempts to identify the company behind an anonymous visit using IP data and, where available, LinkedIn profile matching. This helps us understand which organisations are engaging with our content. RB2B may set its own cookies and process IP address data. If you are visiting from the EU or UK, RB2B's ability to identify individuals is limited by local data protection law. You can opt out at rb2b.com. Their privacy policy is available at rb2b.com/privacy.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking pixels.
Third-party cookies
Three third-party tools may run on this site: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (both analytics, both gated behind the consent banner and described above) and RB2B (company identification).
We embed no advertising networks, social media widgets, or YouTube embeds that set cookies by default.
If you follow a link from our site to a third party (LinkedIn, a client's site, an external resource), that site's own cookie policy applies from that point forward.
How to control cookies
Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the consent banner that appears on your first visit. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser and reload the page. The banner will appear again so you can accept or reject.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Each major browser provides instructions:
Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site functions. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your experience on the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we change the tools or technologies we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be notified in the same way as our Privacy Policy.
