Training
Your best people know things that are not written down.
When they leave, that knowledge leaves with them, and whoever joins next starts from nothing. Training and playbooks are how the thinking that got your team here becomes something the whole team owns, including the people who have not joined yet.

Why we run training at all
The point is that you stop needing us.
Ask most healthcare companies where their commercial knowledge actually lives and the honest answer is three or four people. The rep who knows how to open the conversation. The manager who knows which objection is really a budget question in disguise. It works, right up until they move on.
A playbook is how that stops being luck. It takes what your best person does by instinct and makes it teachable, so the standard belongs to the team rather than to an individual. One company had twelve reps selling the same product on the same training, with close rates ranging from 12% to 38%. Within six months of documenting what the top performer actually did, the bottom of that range had lifted to 22% and overall conversion was up 40%. Nobody was replaced. The knowledge was simply written down.
That is also why we would rather teach this than keep it. The honest ambition is that you should not need an agency for this. Some teams get there by building it themselves and some want it built alongside them, and either way the capability ends up inside your company rather than on our invoice. The credit below exists so that trying the first costs you nothing if you decide you want the second.
“If your best rep left tomorrow, would anyone else know what they know?”
The flagship
Two days. The artefacts, not the framework.
For teams that want to move fast. Two days, three modules. Your team leaves with a complete commercial playbook, a mapped stakeholder landscape, and a twelve-month demand generation plan - the actual artefacts, not a framework to fill in later.
Day one covers messaging architecture and playbook creation. Day two covers stakeholder mapping, event strategy, and the demand generation plan. Delivered on-site or virtually. Up to twelve participants.
£2,500 · One day with prep
£4,500 · Two consecutive days with prep
Day 1 · AM
Messaging Architecture
Build core positioning from the outside in. Customer research, competitive landscape, message hierarchy. Aligned on a single story before lunch.
Day 1 · PM
Playbook Creation
Capture your best rep's instinct and systematise it. Five Ps toolkit, sales scenarios, objection handling. A playbook that works from Monday morning.
Day 2
Stakeholder, Events & Demand Plan
Map every decision-maker and blocker. Design congress strategy with the Beyond the Badge Scan methodology. Build the twelve-month demand generation timeline.
Other ways in
Five flagship workshops. Pick the one that maps to your gap.
Each one runs as a standalone half or full day. The full training catalogue (ten programmes, including AI-assisted marketing, event strategy, in-house content, brand playbook, and storytelling) lives on the individual course pages.

Playbook Creation
Your best rep's method took two years to learn and is not written down. Capture it, systematise it, and leave with the working playbook itself. Not a template.

Your team presents an initiative to leadership within two weeks of training, or we redesign and deliver it at no additional cost.
Every course. No exceptions.
How the credit works
Training is the start of the conversation, not a separate product.
Most agencies sell training as one thing and consulting as another. We don’t. The workshop is how Services engagements actually start - your team works on your real problem, we both find out whether there’s a fit, and the fee follows the outcome.
Worked example
£1,500
Step 1
Your team books a full-day workshop. Your real product, your real market, your real team.
+£10K*
Step 2
Within 30 days you commission a Services engagement built on what the workshop surfaced.
= £0
Net training cost
The £1,500 is credited in full. The workshop becomes the first paid step of the programme.
If the workshop doesn’t earn the next step, you keep the artefact and we both move on. That’s the deal.
* Minimum Services engagement to recoup the training fee. Deliverables from £1,500.
Who delivers.
Two next steps.
Book a workshop or the Two-Day Intensive directly. Or take the Marketing Team Skills assessment first to see which gap is the biggest to close, then pick the workshop that closes it.
