Started with a law degree. First healthcare role was in infusion therapy, which led to surgical implants and standing in operating theatres learning how commercial decisions actually get made at the point of care. Twenty years and 47 product launches later, across orthopaedics, ophthalmology, anaesthetics, wound care, and diagnostics, he has been in procurement meetings, product development rooms, marketing agencies, and sales territories. He co-founded an orthopaedic clinic in executive boxes at Ashton Gate stadium. He wrote the book on why healthcare launches fail. He leads every AGENCY engagement personally, because that is the point.
