When a place opens. One hour with the founder, no fee.

First 20 minutes: where you are. Next 30: pattern-match against the 47 launches. Last 10: whether there is a fit, and what good next steps look like - for you, with or without us.

Diagnosis

Our assessment. Still no fee.

We go away and assess your market, positioning, and commercial situation. Then we come back with what we see: where the chain is broken, what is working, what isn’t, and what we would prioritise.

A candid written assessment. Many clients tell us the diagnosis alone was worth the conversation.

Prescription

A clear proposal. No ambiguity.

One proposal. One number. Clear scope. No hourly rates that expand, no phases to be scoped later, no caveat-laden estimates that balloon on contact with reality.

A board-ready proposal with fixed pricing and agreed success metrics.

Build and hand over

Where the work begins. And where fees begin.

We build the demand engine with you, training your team as we go, so the capability ends up in your hands, not on a permanent invoice. Every engagement includes measurement against the success we agreed. Live dashboards where relevant; monthly reviews as standard.

Tell us where you are. We take on a small intake of new companies when we have space, and the work is training and done-with-you support, building the demand engine alongside your team and handing it over, so you stop needing us.

We keep our books small on purpose, so we run a waitlist and open a new intake only when we genuinely have space. If you need help sooner, we may point you to a partner in the MedTech Product Launch Collective.
