Training › Storytelling
The data is strong. The story isn't landing. Fix that.
Healthcare teams have the evidence. They know the science. They believe in the product. But somewhere between the clinical data and the customer conversation, the story loses everyone. Clinicians glaze over. Procurement asks for a simpler summary. The patient can't understand what you're offering. This workshop teaches your team how to translate clinical evidence into narrative that works for every audience without dumbing it down or losing the science.

47 product launches · Law degree · University of Bath research partnership · Evidence translation for global pharma · Patient campaigns approved across 5 continents
For teams who know the science but lose the room.
Medical Affairs Teams
You have the data. You know it's strong. But when you present to commercial teams, to partners, to non-clinical stakeholders, you can see them losing the thread. The evidence is right. The story structure isn't working.
Marketing Teams
You're translating clinical papers into campaign copy, and something is getting lost. The headlines feel weak. The claims feel hedged. The patient story is missing. You need a framework for translating evidence into narrative that sells without compromising the science.
Commercial Teams
Your reps are leading with data when they should be leading with story. They know the clinical evidence but can't connect it to what the customer cares about. The twelve-minute window closes before the value proposition lands.
This is NOT for you if
- ·You need formal medical writing or regulatory submission support (this is commercial storytelling, not regulatory writing)
- ·Your clinical evidence is still being generated this works best when you have data to work with
- ·You need a general presentation skills course (this is specifically evidence-to-narrative for healthcare)
Evidence in. Story out. Every audience understood.
In-person or virtual. All exercises use your actual clinical data and products.
01
Why stories work and data alone doesn't
The neuroscience of narrative. Why clinical audiences make decisions based on story as much as evidence. How to structure information so it's remembered. The difference between data that informs and narrative that persuades and why you need both.
02
The audience translation framework
Every audience needs a different version of the same evidence. The clinician needs outcomes. The procurement lead needs economics. The patient needs hope. We build audience profiles and evidence hierarchies for your specific products so every version of the story is grounded in the same data but structured for the person in the room.
03
Building the clinical narrative
Story structure applied to clinical evidence: the problem, the mechanism, the evidence, the outcome. How to open with the patient and close with the data. The techniques that make complex science land with non-clinical audiences without losing clinical credibility.
04
Making it memorable and defensible
Full day only. Apply the framework to your actual products. Each participant builds and presents a clinical narrative for a real audience they face. Group feedback. The version that works, ready to use.
Not theory. Your clinical stories, built.
Narrative Architecture Framework
The structure for turning any piece of clinical evidence into a story for any audience. Reusable across all your products and all your stakeholder types.
Audience Translation Templates
Evidence-to-narrative templates for each stakeholder type: clinician, procurement, patient, board. The scaffold for every future story.
Evidence Hierarchy Guide
How to rank and sequence clinical evidence for persuasive effect. What leads, what supports, what belongs in the appendix. The tool that stops every conversation opening with a p-value.
Story Bank (Your Products)
Full day: a library of clinical narratives built during the workshop for your specific products and audiences. Ready to use from Monday morning.
Presentation Review Checklist
The ten questions to ask before any clinical presentation. Does it open with the patient? Does it land the mechanism? Does it close with action? The quality gate for every piece of clinical communication.
Guarantee
The only training guarantee that matters.
Your team presents a clinical story to an internal audience within two weeks of training, or we redesign and deliver it at no additional cost. Training that doesn't translate to action is theatre. We keep skin in the game.
The evidence is already there. The story just needs building.
Most teams who go through this workshop discover that their evidence is stronger than they thought they just weren't presenting it in a way that landed. The data doesn't change. The structure does.
Your training fee is credited against any programme work commissioned within 30 days. The workshop becomes free if you engage us for a larger project.
