The AGENCY Internship
A working apprenticeship in healthcare commercial strategy.
In-person at our Bristol office, in collaboration with Rebus Medicolegal. Fourteen to twenty-one hours a week, eight weeks minimum. You sit inside live client engagements from day one.
Around four in five of our interns move into full-time healthcare or marketing roles within a couple of months of finishing. Not because we ask them to. Because they’ve done the work that makes them employable.

July to September
Undergraduate
For undergraduates looking for structured summer placement in healthcare commercial strategy. Typically second year onwards, though we judge on fit more than year.
Year-round
Graduate
For recent graduates building a first step into healthcare marketing or medical communications. Usually the most direct route into a full-time role.
Year-round
Postgraduate
For postgraduates or career changers bringing specialist knowledge, particularly clinical, scientific or legal backgrounds, looking to add commercial skills.
What you actually do.
- ●Shadow live client engagements across pharma, MedTech and health tech
- ●Contribute to stakeholder maps, launch plans and content programmes
- ●Sit in on commercial diagnostics and strategy workshops
- ●Meet specialist speakers, including surgeons and industry leaders
- ●Build a real portfolio piece you can show in interviews
